Hollie Castro is a true professional and a world class HR  executive. She was one of the people I directly counted on to help us  make key decisions on all aspects of talent, coaching, culture,  operations, and risk management, from new hires to the boardroom. She is  the best.

Hollie has immense insights having worked in various corporate  environments around the globe. Her strong business acumen combined with  her unique and innate leadership coaching help to make it a real  learning and impactful experience for her clients. I had the pleasure of working closely with Hollie as a member of  Miro's leadership team. From asking the hard questions about  organization structure, talent and resources to driving the agenda on  culture to challenging decision making on strategic M&A, she's an  asset to any Board or CEO. I sought her advice on numerous occasions  which she always shared with transparency and respectful empathy. I  consider Hollie a confidante and a dear friend.

Having been in boardrooms for many years in high growth SaaS  companies, I think Hollie would be a tremendous asset to any corporate  board, especially companies that are scaling or transforming. Her  superpowers lie in the ability to build alignment among divergent  perspectives, lead courageously with empathy and bring a wealth of  experience in the area of people, culture and organizations to the  table. She's collaborative, practical, balanced and has a low ego. She  quickly became a trusted advisor and sounding board for our CEO and  leadership team.

Hollie Castro is among the top few leaders in the field of HR. She  understands how to execute, but also has incredible instincts and can  develop, improve or pivot a people strategy ahead of competition. Hollie  makes a company better. She models great management, but also coaches  the entire management team to make them better leaders. Hollie is a true  business leader, and fully capable of a Chief Operating Officer or  Chief Executive Officer position. She has managed many other functions  including corporate real estate, community relations, charitable  foundations and has also founded and run multiple businesses throughout  her career. Hollie was my designated replacement as CHRO at Cisco, but  left for another HR role with additional corporate functions instead. I  have always felt this was Cisco’s loss! I recommend Hollie highly and  without reservation or limitations. I would gladly report to Hollie if I  had not retired.

Hollie  was a terrific colleague and a creative, results-oriented leader with  great business understanding and a willingness to collaborate to achieve  outstanding results. She brought a strong business orientation to her  role, developing and executing talent strategies to meet identified  objectives. She would be a strong and effective contributor to any  senior leadership team.

I have had the pleasure and privilege of working on Hollie’s  leadership team over the past 4 years. She has provided a tremendous  example of balancing vision, focus and relevancy as she led the  transformation of the HR function at BMC. She is a passionate and  compelling leader who drives business results as well as personal impact  on individuals. I have deeply enjoyed working with Hollie, learned a  lot about leading a function and would recommend her without reservation  where transformation, business relevancy and successful outcomes are in  order.
